Lesson 4 | Serenity
Serenity is a state of mind where your thoughts are calm and peaceful. Mind calmness is the patience of efforts of self-control. Self-control is the key to live a peaceful life. It’s not a one day job to achieve it, it takes time to make your mind calm and achieve serenity.

- Have better control of your car (your thoughts) so that to avoid accidents.
